From Free Inspection to Final Cleanup
You should never have to wonder what happens next. Here is the whole thing.
Roofing is disruptive. It is loud, it takes over your driveway, and for a day or two your house is a worksite. The least we can do is tell you exactly how it goes before it starts.
Before we start
We will confirm the date, tell you where the dumpster and materials are going, and let you know what to move. If you have anything fragile hanging on interior walls, take it down — a tear-off shakes the structure more than people expect.
On the day
We protect landscaping and siding before the first shingle comes off. Oklahoma’s residential code requires a tear-off rather than shingling over an existing roof in defined conditions, so on most jobs here the old roof comes off entirely — which is also the only way to see the decking underneath.
If we find rotten or delaminated decking once the roof is open, we will show you before we replace it. That is the one part of a roofing job that genuinely cannot be quoted accurately in advance, and any contractor who tells you otherwise is guessing.
When we finish
We clean the site and walk the job with you before we call it done. If something is not right, tell us then — that is what the walkthrough is for.
